Kathy Griffin looking very A-list in Carolina Herrera

Just when you thought the A-list was closed to funny lady Kathy Griffin, she popped up on the red carpet looking every bit the super star we know her to be. Kathy wore an elegant Carolina Herrera wrap dress with this season's It shoe from Yves Saint Laurent. In support of her friend (and roastee), Joan Rivers, Kathy wore a pair of hoop earrings from Joan Rivers QVC collection. We also love the Lauren G. Adams enamel ring Kathy wore available on QVC.Break through any velvet rope in this chiffon shift by Vera Wang Lavender Label with platform shoes from Steve Madden. We love these delicate double hoops by Yochi Design and this daisy cocktail ring from Mars and Valentine has a very similar look to Kathy's gorgeous ring.
