Carrie Underwood ruled at this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards where she won the show’s top prize, the award for Entertainer of the Year, which marks her second year in a row of taking home this top honor. Carrie was also a winner on the red carpet in this Basil Soda golden ruffled one shoulder dress. She chose some daring accessories, including Rene Caovilla’s green sandals and a Vintage Swarovski studded clutch.
