Cameron Richardson's star on the rise in Eva Couture

We've seen plenty of romances unfolding on the red carpet lately but this flirty Eva Couture dress on Cameron Richardson takes the cake. Ruffles, sashes and rhinestones in one ensemble are every little girl's dream and this is a stunning grown-up version. Cameron's Christian Louboutin pumps in beige leather looked understated and elegant, and a metallic Rebecca Minkoff clutch added a modern touch. Moulinette Soeurs makes this adorable, white eyelet dress that you can wear with a woven sash by Kristin Kahle. For some added romance try Forever 21's satin, chain necklace and these Nine West nude pumps with black piping.
